At LYOUM, we don't want 'disposable clothes.'

We want clothes that can be worn every day, of quality, that last a long time. It all starts with the choice of fabrics: selecting materials that are pleasant to wear, with quality obviously guaranteed by essential international certifications (like Oeko-Tex).

It's also in the choice of partners we work with.
For us, it's in Tunisia that we chose to have all our collections made. And that's where we decided to settle, as a family.

We have patiently built a strong and privileged relationship with local workshops, which we have carefully selected. Small businesses employing women and men with expert hands. With workshops just a few kilometers from our offices and stores, we are lucky to be able to visit at any time.
Together, we try to recreate short and responsive production circuits, human-sized and respectful of everyone.

Together, we also seek to avoid waste: we regularly reuse what remains of old fabrics for some new items, and we produce just enough stock to avoid unsold goods. Sometimes, you may not find the right product in the right size, but it's first come, first served!

DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days, except during exceptional periods.

For shipments within Metropolitan France:

Delivery is by default via La Poste's Colissimo service.
It costs €6.70 with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 days after shipping.

For purchases of €125 or more (excluding gift bags), shipping is free (standard shipping via Colissimo).

We also offer express shipping via TNT Express.
It costs €12, for delivery before 1 p.m. the day after shipping
(guaranteed timeframe for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 10 a.m.
Orders placed via TNT Express on Friday after 10 a.m. will be delivered on Tuesday morning).

For any special occasion (birthday, gift...),
do not hesitate to contact us for priority shipping.

For shipments to Paris:

In addition to Colissimo or TNT Express, for any delivery within Paris city limits, you can opt for delivery by bike courier or express by motorcycle:

1. Next-day bike delivery:

All orders placed from 00:01 to 23:59 will be delivered the next day. For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 9:30am will be delivered on Wednesday.

A single delivery time slot is possible: 

2pm-6pm Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays and exceptional periods.

Count on €6 for delivery within Paris.

Shipping is free for product purchases over €125 (excluding gift bags).

2. Express delivery, by motorcycle

All orders placed between midnight and noon will be delivered by motorcycle courier between 2pm and 6pm the same day.

Delivery to Mondial Relay pickup points:

We offer delivery to Mondial Relay pickup points at the cost of:

• France: €5, free delivery from €125.
• Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal: €8, free delivery from €200.

Delivery time: 2 to 5 days after shipment.

For international shipments:

Delivery is made via La Poste’s Colissimo International service or DHL International:

• €9.80 to Overseas Territories (1), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the European Union (2), delivery time between 5 and 10 business days after shipment
• €30 to the United States of America and Canada with DHL International, delivery time between 5 and 10 business days after shipment
• €30 to all other international countries, delivery time between 5 and 10 business days after shipment

For Overseas Territories, the United Kingdom, EU countries, or Switzerland, shipping is free for product purchases over €200 (excluding gift bags).

For international orders, shipping is free for purchases over €300.

Important information – international deliveries

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and/or local VAT, required by the authorities of the destination country.

These possible fees are not included in the displayed price and remain the responsibility of the customer, to be paid directly to the carrier or local authorities.

By confirming your order, you accept these conditions.

(1) French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon,
Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Mayotte.

(2) Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

RETURNS and refund

You have a period of fourteen (14) days following the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return part or all of your order.
Returns are all made by sending to the address mentioned below.

If this deadline normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday/non-working day,
it is extended until the first following business day.

In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale,
only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted.
Returned items must be in a condition to be resold.

For hygiene reasons, underwear (panties, boxers, and more generally any lingerie or similar item) cannot be returned or exchanged. No return or exchange will be accepted, even if the item has not been worn or washed.

Exception: in the event that an incorrect item was mistakenly sent by LYOUM, an exchange can be made only if the product has not been worn, is intact, in its original packaging and with all its tags.
In this specific case, the customer is invited to contact customer service at shop@lyoum.fr as soon as possible, attaching photos of the received product.

Once the returned products are received and checked by our teams, you will be refunded without penalties.

Returns are free in Metropolitan France and in the following countries:
Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Estonia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Hungary, Greece, Finland, Malta, Croatia, Romania, Australia.

For returns from territories other than Metropolitan France and the countries mentioned above, the return shipping costs of the originally ordered products are at the customer's expense.

In the specific case of a defective item or an error in the order originating from LYOUM, the return and reshipping costs of the correct product will systematically be covered by LYOUM. If the ordered item seems defective to you, send an email to shop@lyoum.fr

What is the procedure to follow?

If you want to return a product, just write to shop@lyoum.fr
indicating the reasons for the return.

For returns from Metropolitan France or countries for which returns are free (mentioned above), LYOUM sends the customer a prepaid and pre-filled shipping form. So prepare your package accompanied by the following items:

• print the shipping label and stick it on your package
• leave the items in their original packaging and with the label

Go to the nearest post office and the package will be taken care of after being scanned. In the case of a return from a country outside Metropolitan France or the list of countries mentioned above, the customer ships the items at their own expense by regular mail, in their original packaging and with the label.

What is the refund timeframe?

LYOUM commits to refund you within a maximum of 30 days from the day your package is received at our warehouses. Refunds are made by credit to the bank card used to pay for the order.
